Photos and videos of the event and dancers are prohibited and require approval by the Pow Wow Committee in advance. The committee may ask individuals reported as taking unauthorized photos or videos to leave the event, and security will escort them off the grounds.
Please keep your campsite clean and free of garbage. Our cleaning crew will visit throughout the weekend to pick up bagged garbage, and there will be trash reciprocals dedicated to campsite garbage.
The Pow Wow Committee will provide tipi poles; supplies are limited, and donations are welcome! Please do not use Tipi Poles provided by the Pow Wow Committee and Community for firewood.
A Burn Barrel will be provided for campfires. Typically, there are burn restrictions during this time of year as it is peak fire season. Please do not leave your burn barrels unattended, and keep water nearby to extinguish the fire as needed. Tipi poles are not to be used as firewood.
We understand that our four-legged friends are family! Please be sure to keep your dog on a leash. Understand that the Regalia worn by dancers and the new environment can cause stress for your pet. Please do not leave your pet unattended. If at all possible, please leave your furry family members at home. Standing Arrow Pow Wow Committee waives any liability, and by bringing your pet, you are acknowledging and accepting entire legal liability should your dog harm anyone during your attendance at our events.
