Photographers & Media Presence

Photographers must register with the committee at the announcer stand for $300.00, and have permission to photograph. At this time you will be issued a badge which must be visible at all times.

Price exception for those who can confirm they are with a local news paper or media station. The SACC requests that you share your media with us to post on the website ( photo credit will be listed).

You are not allowed on the arbor floor to photograph dancers. NO ONE except dancers, arena director and committee staff are allowed on the arbor floor during competitions. If you do not comply with our requirements, you will be escorted off the property.

Please do not confront dancers or photograph them without their permission.

Bathroom Schedule

Photographers & Media Presence

Bathrooms will be closed every night at midnight. No exceptions. There are several porta potty's located throughout the grounds for your use. The bathrooms will open up at 6:00 AM for showers. Please be respectful.
